About Us

We are a group in an English 103 class. We have read Breath Eyes Memory, which brings in the issues of racism, patriarchy, sexism, and oppression. We have been asked to make connections between the book and the real world. The then and the now. And now we are doing research on a subject of our choice that connects with the terms above. As a group we decided to focus on the other point of view. The people in power who have the control and can even oppress a certain group. These people are called the Illuminati.

The Illuminati is a secret society founded in 1776. This group wants to create a one worlds government called a “ New World Order”. These people are usually rich and powerful. These people have control over almost everything including the music industry, film industry, pharmaceutical, medical, colleges, banking institutions, wall street, and other industries that have great influence over us.

Symbolizes evil.
It still is a symbol of Satan.
All seeing Eye
Believed to be the eye of Lucifer
and those who claim control of it have control of world finances.
This one is a symbol of the Illuminati.
Look at U.S. currency. This one is the basis of the New World Order.
Upside Down Cross
Symbolizes mockery and rejection of Jesus.
It can be seen on Rock singers and their album covers.
Satanic Cross
Upside down question mark that questions the Deity of God.
Symbolizes complete power under Lucifer.

Horned Hand
Sign of recognition between those in the Occult.
When pointed at someone it is meant to place a curse.

    This is an interesting topic.I see the oppression on this topic, but how this topic relates racism, sexism and patriarchy. I think you can talk about more the relation between those and the topic.

Though Illuminati is suppose to be a secret society, there is proof of that it exist. People in it are said, to be some of the some of the richest and most influential people in the world. People such as, T.I, Lil' Wayne, Jay-z, Beyonce, Oprah, Obama, Bush Family( George etc.), Bob Marley, Tupac, Micheal Jackson, and more. They must keep Illuminati a secret, and if they speak out, they will be killed. However if you listen close to some of the lyrics in artists songs there is proof that the Illuminati exist.
